Evidence shows that variations in CCT may greatly influence Goldmann tonometry reading. During the past 23 and 24 of September FarbaC was present in the Glaucoma Congress entitled “Glaucoma en la Práctica Diaria” where about 120 ophthalmologists of the pacific area of Mexico got together to talk about the actual surgical techniques, pharmaceutical treatments and best option of combination therapies. The focus was put on treating the patient as an individual. Interest was shown towards the DIATON tonometer since it is an extremely good tool for the preventive medicine something that was underlined as being most important in the “treatment of Glaucoma.”
